Having run an award winning go-to workplace design + build fit out business that celebrated over 25 years of success, our founders cultivated expert know how and shaped a solid network of valuable relationships of many other admirable industry professionals within property, workplace fit out, commercial refurbishment and office furniture all across Nottingham, Derby and the East Midlands.
A common theme recognised was that the client’s project champion was not often someone who undertook, or had an extensive knowledge of, fit out or refurbishment projects. And, therefore was usually massively concerned of the endless pitfalls and ‘what ifs’ that they may encounter as they tried to deliver their project. All too often the excitement of their ambitions were overshadowed by the apprehension of appointing naff suppliers and a fear of failure while blowing the budget to bits!
With a drive to assist, we set out to offer support and assistance to allow the client to remain in control yet know there is someone independent who has trodden the path for many years alongside them and who could facilitate & integrate trusted partners bang in line with what they actually require.
